I am a wife, mother to 6 amazing kids, and love to empower others who want to take charge of their health. In 2013, I decided to take charge of my health because I no longer wanted to deal with the side effects that came with the medications my doctors prescribed for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). I also didn't enjoy the chronic inflammation in my joints. I decided to take a leap of faith and

contacted a person I've followed on facebook for years who was an essential oil consultant. I had a class with my friends at my house. Afterward, she and I discussed my health issues and developed a plan. Not long after I received my first shipment of doTERRA's Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) essential oils, I had more energy and less pain. I decided I couldn't keep this to myself, especially when friends noticed something was different and asked about it. I was really excited to share. I used my excitement to help empower my friends so they could take care of their health without side effects. Instead, we all have side benefits. I am grateful for my wellness and the opportunity I have to share my experiences and successes.

I held off as long as I could, but I finally finished off the last of my Orange Cream Trim Shake. I love to make fruit smoothies with it. This flavor is no longer available.

I 💘 that they Trim Shakes give me a feeling of being full so that I don't spend so much time stress eating like I did earlier this year. Thank you, Trim Shakes for keeping me out of the kitchen longer and helping me begin to regain will power. 😄
