July is looking sharp! To beat the heat, we added a 9a Hatha practice this month to the studio.

We’ll be coming back to MR Town Center in September.

Mills River Farm Market Practices will be held at 9a for July & August due to heat. Practice is under the portico so we have shade. ❤️
