Our Comfort on the Bike clinic officially SOLD OUT, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everyone who came out, asked questions, learned, and shared their love for cycling with us.

At Joynt Physical Therapy, we love helping people move better and feel better doing the activities they enjoy most, and this event was exactly that. Huge thank you to everyone who attended and for for their partnership on this.

Clinic at the Shop: Comfort on the Bike 🚴‍♂️ 💪🏻

Feeling sore, numb, or just not quite right on your bike? Coming back from an injury and unsure how to get started again?

Join us as we help riders optimize their position, prevent injuries, and ride stronger for longer. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just getting started, small adjustments can make a big difference in your comfort and performance.

On Monday, May 11 from 5:30-7PM our very own Steve Peet will team up with Lewes Cycle Sports fit specialist Shane to discuss both the on-the-bike and off-the-bike side of comfort.

This hands-on clinic will focus on helping you ride more comfortably and with more confidence.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT REGARDING OUR BLACK FRIDAY FLYER:

It has come to our attention that we cannot, in fact, offer a "Buy One, Get One" deal on total knee replacements. Our legal team (and common sense) has advised us that surgery doesn't work like a shoe sale. 👞🚫

We also regret to inform you that due to supply chain issues, we are completely sold out of "Magic Pills." We do, however, have an unlimited stock of "Hard Work," "Consistency," and "Exercises You Will Learn to Love."

We apologize for the inconvenience. The 50% discount on agony is also technically a lie, but we can promise to help you trade that sharp pain for some delayed onset muscle soreness.
