Celebrating Success at Ocean Grove Post Acute! 🌟

Patient H.C. joined us after a left displaced bimalleolar fracture, needing moderate assistance for mobility and self-care. With skilled Occupational and Physical Therapy, she progressed to walking over 150 feet independently with a knee scooter and achieving a one-leg stance for over 2 minutes. H.C. returned home with her spouse fully independent in all ADLs and transfers. Congratulations on your amazing progress!
