Claudia is a Certified Equine Assisted Coach who offers individualized sessions through hands-on Equine Assisted Activities (EAL). Sessions are for anyone looking for personal, professional or spiritual growth. Her specialties are anxiety, children/teens and women, and those who just want to have fun and decompress while being out in nature among horses. Learn to bond with a horse through grooming

and hands-on activities. Sessions will help you to reduce anxiety and stress, build self-confidence, self esteem and trust, enhance life skills, problem solving and setting healthy boundaries, as it facilitates healing of the mind, body and soul. Horses have an amazing power to teach us about ourselves. Empower yourself to heal as you partner with a horse. No experience is necessary and all activities are performed on the ground with no riding involved.
