Habitual Rushing, multitasking and dealing with information overload are the trifecta of American toxidity. Our overtaxed minds and nervous systems lead to a host of health issues including adrenal fatigue, insomnia, indigestion , unwelcome weight gain, etc
The first step in reducing the toxicity created by an overloaded life?

☯️ Watch cloud formations and look at the night sky
☯️ Listen to the sounds of nature
☯️ Daily yoga / meditation
☯️ Mindful meals
Say No to all the outside forces that pull the attention and energy in 100 directions.
Say Yes to you. Start tuning into your body natural rhythms and the oneness of spirit. Start planting seeds... Literally and metaphorically.
It's time to recommit to what truly works and set ourselves up to get more of what nourishes us.
