Be Yoga Fresh A unique space dedicated to the essence of Yoga! Classes, private sessions and Teacher Trainings. We celebrate our differences!

Hatha Yoga uses postures, in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and calmness. Our primary focus is on safety, and we teach careful alignment combined with conscious breath and quiet mind. We do not heat our rooms, as we believe the body fares best when allowed its own natural course of warming up and cooling down. Classes by trained yoga professionals to meet your needs & keep you

safe (with individualized instruction) Emphasis on safe practices and correct alignment. Encouraging non-judgement, non-competition atmosphere among yourself and others in class. We welcome every body, and every BODY. Classes consist of breath work, warm up stretches, standing poses, balancing poses, floor poses and a final relaxation. In class, we learn how to become more aware of our bodies (by listening to our aches and pains), and how to help relieve some of the tension located deep within.

Our worlds can be chaotic. Self-reflection, acceptance, and mindfulness are some tools to help us stay grounded. Yoga saves me daily. Lately I need more work on Inner Peace.
So tomorrow I am going to show up, sit, breathe deeply, burn off some toxicity w/ asanas & pranayama, cultivate forgiveness & compassion, and then relax in an abundance of gratitude.

This training is rooted in the ancient teachings of Yoga, providing a comprehensive overview of the spiritual philosophy.

Curriculum includes an in-depth study of the classical Yoga postures, paths of yoga, anatomy, subtle anatomy and the science of breath. We dive into Yoga Sutras and The Bhagavad Gita, a must read for any student on the yogic path!

~ 24 asanas that form the foundation from which all the other asanas are derived
~Principles of posture & lines of energy
~Techniques training & teaching methodology
~Anatomy & Physiology
~Yoga History & Classical Yoga Philosophy
~Pranayama & Science of Breath
~ Meditation & Mantras -

and the most important aspect- how to individualize the practice to the 10+ people in the room! Teachers must know how to adapt the Yoga to the individual and NOT the individual to the Yoga.

Each student has a different body (down to their bone structure) and different life experiences that shape who they are.

CLASS: Fri 7/25 and Sat 7/26: HATHA YOGA at 9:00 am

Discipline is immersed in everything yoga. From the foundation of the asana to the foundation of the practice. Daily dedication creates movement. Over time, dedication refines the mind, purifies emotions and deepens our connection to our Higher Self.

Without discipline, true knowledge remains superficial.
Self - realization cannot be attained.

What is one thing that keeps us from making lasting changes?
The Ego..

It wants to stay where it is comfortable and not be challenged.

True seekers understand that discipline and any spiritual practice, (Yoga, Buddhism, Christianity, etc) is about walking and living in Truth. Higher Truth.

Real transformation begins with Discipline.
