🍂🎉 Friday wrapped up Assisted Living Week here at Garden Place Millstadt with our Fall Festival & Open House! 🎉🍂

We enjoyed:
✨ S’mores
✨ Pumpkin donuts & pink lemonade
✨ Fun games like corn hole & Connect 4
✨ Gift baskets & door prizes
Also St Louis Dance Company came and performed for us!
It was a wonderful way to close out the week—lots of smiles, laughter, and community spirit. 💛

🌼✌️ Day 4 of Assisted Living Week at Garden Place Millstadt took us back to the groovy 60s & 70s with Hippie Day! 🌸

We were sweating to the oldies, had some fun trivia, and enjoyed games of rummy and dominoes. 🎶🃏

✨ A huge shoutout to Jill Bauer and her crew for bringing their Hippie Van to our community! We had photo shoots filled with smiles, laughs, and even some families joined in on the fun. 📸💛

Afterwards, we came inside and got creative making photo frames while enjoying pink lemonade and some delicious cookies (shoutout to our amazing cookie chef 🍪).

Today was pure fun, peace, and love all around! ❤️✌️
Tomorrow we keep the celebration going with our Fall Festival! 🍂🎉

🎉 Day 3 of Assisted Living Week at Garden Place Millstadt was a blast! 🎶💃🕺

We celebrated with a fun 50s Sock Hop — everyone partied hard and enjoyed:
✨ Bingo
✨ 50s Trivia
✨ Exercise
✨ A trip down memory lane with a 50s video
✨ Entertainment by the wonderful Chuck Cannon 🎤
✨Learned some Casino Trivia 🎰
If Casino’s had Bingo as one of their games! 🫶🏼🙌🫶🏼🙌🫶🏼🙌

We’re wrapping up the evening with brownies and card games. What a fun day full of laughter and memories! ❤️

🎉 Day 2 of Assisted Living Week at Garden Place Millstadt was a blast! 🎉

We took it back to the 90s Hip Hop era today! 🎶
💪 Worked out to some classic 90s tunes
🧠 Played trivia & some awesome dominoes
🙏 Enjoyed church together
🥨 Had a hip hop party with drinks & pretzels
🎵 Wrapped it up with a fun round of 90s bingo

And to top it all off… tonight we’re treating ourselves to Klondike bars! 🍦✨

Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!

🎉 Today we kicked off Assisted Living Week here at Garden Place Millstadt with a fun throwback to the 1940s! 🎶

💪 We started the day with a 40s-inspired workout
🧠 Tested our knowledge with 40s trivia
💵 Played “Guess the Price” from the 40s

⚾ In the afternoon, we enjoyed a showing of A League of Their Own with classic movie snacks—🍿 popcorn and Cracker Jacks.

🍦 To end the evening, we cooled down with ice cream sandwiches!

We had a wonderful first day—let’s see what tomorrow brings! 💙

🌸👵👴 Sunday, September 7th was Grandparents Day, and we had such a wonderful time here at Garden Place Millstadt! 🥰 It was a great turnout filled with lots of smiles, laughter, and love. 💕 Our residents and their families enjoyed delicious donuts with their families, making the morning extra sweet. 🍩✨

We are so grateful for the special moments shared and the memories made.

We started our day with some exercise and a little trivia to get our minds moving. In the afternoon, we enjoyed a few rounds of bingo and treated ourselves to delicious banana splits in honor of National Eat a Double Dessert Day! 😋

Tonight, we’re keeping the fun going with an ice cream social while we watch Lilo & Stitch. 🌺🍦🎬

It’s always a sweet day when desserts and smiles are involved! 💕
