I was asked to speak and offer a meditation and Reiki at a team bonding meeting for a sales company. In appreciation for their teams constant efforts and hard work, even during these past 2 years of uncertainty, the leaders wanted to offer an opportunity that allowed everyone to release what no longer serves and make room for more high frequency experiences like love, joy, positivity, enthusiasm, and a sense of well-being. The experience was amazing!! I went in super nervous until I grounded myself and let my thoughts be thoughts of love and my words be words of love for the highest good of all. This is what life is all about. Releasing your own fears and limited beliefs. Finding your own light and sharing it with others.
