Unlock the power of your breath and tap into the potential inside of you.
This is a tool we focus on with each client. There are many factors you feel like you can’t control that can be harnessed through your breathing.
Here’s one way you can begin implementing this tool:
1. Put on a 5 minute timer and breath long, slow breaths exclusively in/out of your nose.
2. Make a mental note throughout the day when you notice yourself breathing through your mouth, when you could have been nasal breathing.
