At Launch Psychological, we work with young adults who feel like they’re spinning their wheels—stuck between “I should have it together by now” and “I have no idea what I’m doing.”
If that’s you, here’s what we want you to know:
1) You don’t need a crisis to reach out.
Feeling lost, unmotivated, or unsure doesn’t mean something’s wrong with you. It means you're human—and you're at a crossroads. That’s exactly when support can make the biggest difference.
2) You’re allowed to ask for help before you burn out.
You don’t have to wait until you hit a breaking point. Coaching and therapy can help you get unstuck before things fall apart—emotionally, academically, or professionally.
3) It’s okay to not know what your goals are yet.
You don’t need a 5-year plan or a perfectly worded problem to get started. “I feel like I’m just existing, not living” is a good enough reason to begin.
4) Growth can be uncomfortable—but so is staying stuck.
We know it can be intimidating to look inward. But you won’t be doing it alone. This process is about moving at your pace, with support, direction, and no judgment.
And just so you know:
You’re not behind.
There is no universal timeline. No “right” age to have it all figured out. You’re not broken, lazy, or doomed. You’re just in a transition and you’re allowed to ask for guidance.
