ELEPHANT & MILK BOTTLE RING TOSS

Joy of Life Adult Day Care members had a blast testing their physical and mental skills at today’s activity!

First up was the Elephant Toss, where tiny toy elephants took flight straight into buckets — every throw a mix of focus, fun, and friendly competition.

Then came the Milk Bottle Ring Toss, with rings looping over bottles to cheers and applause.

MINI ZEN GARDENS

Joy of Life Adult Day Care Center members participated in a Mini Zen Gardens activity, where they arranged small trays filled with sand, rocks, and miniature plants, using tools like rakes to create serene, meditative patterns that foster mindfulness and relaxation.

This tactile and creative process allowed participants to design their own tranquil landscapes, engaging their focus and promoting a sense of calm through careful placement of elements.

Member Council Meeting & Basketball Free Throws

Members at Joy of Life Adult Day Care Center actively shared their ideas, offered suggestions for future trips and activities, and helped shape the direction of our upcoming programs at Member Council meeting.

The fun continued with a lively Free Throw Basketball competition—spirits were high, the shots were competitive, and congratulations go to our top 3 winners who took home exciting prizes! 🏀🎉

FOOD BANK DISTRIBUTION!

What a wonderful day at Joy of Life Adult Day Care Center’s community food bank distribution!

Our members enjoyed selecting from a variety of fresh produce like avocados, cucumbers, potatoes, onions, plus cereals, canned veggies, soups, and fruit juices.

National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, Prayer Group, Morning Exercise, Arts and Crafts!

We had a fantastic day at Joy of Life Adult Day Care Center, celebrating National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day with delicious treats, uplifting moments in our prayer group, energizing morning exercise, and creative arts & crafts sessions.

Our participants enjoyed making sweet memories together through fun, faith, fitness, and creativity!
