In Ayurveda, every health recommendation is based around your uniqueness. In my consultations, I will help to uncover your uniqueness in order to obtain a clear picture about your physical, mental and spiritual health. Your original constitution is your true self in balance and health. When you have health issues, you are out of balance or in altered constitution. As an Ayurvedic practitioner, my job is to uncover and remove the cause and restore you back to your original balance.

According to Ayurveda, it’s best to eat foods that support the season, reducing the likelihood of seasonally induced imbalances. So in the winter, we want to focus on eating warm, cooked, slightly oily foods and drinking warm beverages. It’s best to reduce or avoid cold, raw foods and iced or chilled foods.
