I am starting my search for an assistant trainer at our second location in Canton, GA.

A wonderful opportunity for someone to learn the ropes and start their own barn in the future!

Duties include but not limited to…

🦄 Beginner Lessons - Teaching students how to walk, trot, and lope with soft hands, leg, and seat aids.

🐴 Horse Management - Proper pre and post lesson horse care and feeding.

🐎 Assisting with keeping lesson horses tuned and soft.

(Basically if I am unable to get to it, I need your help!)

Must be kind, easygoing, and patient as we have students of all ages.

Must be able to teach 2-4 lessons a day Monday-Friday. This will be a part time job that can turn full time quickly! Their is always extra work to be done.

No need to bring horses or tack. All you have to do is bring yourself!

Must be 18 year old or older with reliable transportation and will be under my trainers insurance. Must have a competitive background in English or western riding along with barn management.

I keep getting reminded that I now know more then I once did. Then this came up!! LT Equine is getting brochures made on our services that we offer along with some information about our services. Mainly info about The AquaPacer Underwater Treadmill and the Equiscope being the two main therapies. It’s very important to educate yourselves before you send your horse off to a facility. LT Equine only allows CERTIFIED technicians whether it’s for Magnawave, Body workers etc. it’s very important when your working on someone’s animal you know what your doing and you are truly certified. LT Equine stays busy with the AquaPacer and the Equiscope so we like to let other technicians come in here for other therapies they offer that are beneficial for the Equine athlete!
