One by One Fitness is going to be jumpstarting this fall. Our facility has been redesigned to maximize helping all communities from youth to the elderly. We have Striking classes, Anti-Bullying, Advanced Athletic concepts, and Athletic Explosiveness that we will be announcing starting dates for soon.
