As we close the chapter of SuperBowl LX. We are reminded of the unifying force that diversity has in America. The melting pot is how we are defined. Diversity makes us stronger and able to appreciate everyone's story of triumph and tribulation.

We root for different teams throughout the year but gather once at the end to make nachos, burgers, barbecue, and tacos and celebrate the athletes and their hard work that is our entertainment.

I hope you had a great SuperBowl celebration wherever you were! Until next year!

We had to make the workout extra hard to make sure we work off all of the candy calories from Halloween!!! We appreciate everyone that came out after a wonderful Halloween night! So many kids in their costumes celebrating the holidays! Next we have Thanksgiving so we will be sure to push hard thru November to keep our stomachs empty and our hearts full for this holiday season!

We extend our excitement and happiness to you and your family, we hope you had a great time celebrating and we hope you continue the festivities!! :)
