🍀我儿子有焦虑的倾向。在高中最后一年，他经历了一些情绪上的挑战。他很敏感，心理很脆弱，在他情绪低落的时候，一句无心的话也会让他受伤。申请大学的压力，加上疫情期间远距教学带来的孤立感，让他的情绪总是不太稳定。我们一和他说话，空气中总是弥漫着紧张的气氛。😞

我们知道他需要帮助，可是因为当时社区需求量太大，要找到心理医生非常困难。还好，后来终于找到了一个愿意帮他的医生，慢慢地帮他走过来了。🙏

也因为这段经历，我开始特别关注他心理的状态。一下子，四年过去了，我儿子在大学最后一年，开始找工作。我知道这对他来说是个很大的压力，想关心他又不敢太常问，怕增加他的负担。有一次我忍不住问多了，结果反而触发了他的焦虑。我看到找工作这件事让他很焦虑，于是我为他点了一盏灯，诚心祈求佛菩萨保护他、赐予他正面的能量 🕯️✨

他的求职之路并不顺利。他暑期实习做得很好，公司原本有意让他毕业后转正，但那个 startup 在他毕业前就倒闭了。接下来几个月，他不停地投履历，可是一点回音都没有。眼看着就要毕业了，但还没有着落。接下来的几个月，他遇到了不少挫折。虽然如此，他的心态始终非常正向 💪

几个月前，他去一家公司的第四轮面试。面试完后他很有信心，觉得这次应该有希望了。没想到隔天就被拒绝了。当时我心想：“糟了，这次他大概会崩溃吧。”但出乎我意料的是，他跟我说：“妈，没关系。我既然能走到这一步，就表示以后也可以再做到。”

那一刻让我非常开心，也非常感动 🥹 我知道，这是佛菩萨赐给他的力量，让他能够保持积极、坚强的心态。我心中充满了感恩。

在浴佛节那天，我又为儿子点了一盏灯，诚心地为他的求职顺利祈福 🙏 五天后，他收到了工作录取通知，全家都为他高兴 🎉 前几天他告诉我，他很喜欢这份工作，也很喜欢现在的公司。对我来说，真的没有什么比这更让我欣慰了 ❤️

我要感谢禅堂的师兄师姐们不断的鼓励，也特别感谢 Yannie 老师一路以来的陪伴与指导。更要感谢师父的教导，以及佛菩萨慈悲的加持 🌟
