We are looking to hire an experienced Massage Therapist. At Stateline Family Chiropractic, our mission is to be the best chiropractic office in Milton-Freewater. We strive to provide our patients with upmost service to adjust, educate, provide massage therapy and empower families in our community toward optimal health and wellness.
Responsibilities for Massage Therapist

Evaluate clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion
Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used
Consult with clients about their medical histories and any problems with stress and/or pain in order to determine whether massage would be helpful
Massage and knead the muscles and soft tissues of the human body in order to provide treatment for medical conditions, injuries or wellness maintenance
Prepare and blend oils, and apply the blends to clients' skin upon patient consent
Discuss with other health care professionals such as physical therapists, chiropractors, physicians, and psychologists in order to develop treatment plans for clients
Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records of clients
Attend and participate in meetings and training session
Qualifications for Massage Therapist

Experience working in a spa or therapy center environment preferred
4+ years' experience as a professional massage therapist preferred
Proficient knowledge of reflexology, Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, trigger point, sports, and deep tissue massage preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional computer skills
Great interpersonal skills
Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods
Ability to keep a well-groomed, professional appearance
Ability to perform massages on diverse clients

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees patients are required to wear a mask. Common surfaces are sanitized regularly. The Oregon Health Authority has also mandated that all employees be vaccinated.

Good morning! We hope everyone has been staying safe and healthy during this time.

First Announcement: We are open! We have started seeing patients again! Now, we normally maintain a very clean a sanitary environment for patients at our office, but this has been taken to a whole new level due to current events. We will be doing patient screenings, seeing fewer patients in the office at a time, and will be doing limited therapies at this time.

We CAN begin ADJUSTING again!! So, don't hesitate to call, we will find a time that works and do our best to get you back to feeling awesome!
