If you have an injury, are dealing with a temporary setback or physical challenge… OR simply don’t like getting up and down off the floor, try Chair Yoga! 🤩
It’s upbeat, accessible, and our attendees have created an incredible community just within those classes! Offered three times per week:
Mondays at 1pm
Wednesdays at 1pm
Fridays at 11:30
