Food allergies and food sensitivities! Do you know yours ??

Personal story:
For a long time I was very frustrated with digestive health. Sometimes I’d be fine after a meal and sometimes I felt bloated and sluggish.
I had a suspicion of wheat/gluten and was tested for Celiac. That came back negative. And I was stumped and left without answers.
I decided to test IgG allergens and sure enough, wheat was on there.
I don’t have celiac or an anaphylactic allergy to wheat or gluten, but it DOES cause noticeable inflammation whenever I eat it.
The change was simple enough, I switched to rice noodles, changed my sourdough starter to gluten free, and opted for gluten free options at restaurants.
Digestive issues have majorly decreased and I’m thankful I pushed for more answers!

Does this mean rice or quinoa is ”bad” ? Nope, not at all!
But is it the most calorie efficient way to reach your protein goals? Also Nope!

PS quinoa is my favorite starchy side! Little bit of protein, lots of fiber, and a great source of magnesium!
