Adrianna discovered yoga in 2012, having lost a bet to a friend, the consequence of which landed her in a hot power vinyasa class. From that day on, Adrianna was hooked to the powerful release of energy and inward journey that each class afforded her. Having always led a physically active lifestyle, yoga became a wonderful compliment to the horseback riding, kickboxing, spinning, and obstacle course racing that filled the rest of Adrianna's days. Life for Adrianna proceeded to bring immense change--the kickboxing and mud races subsided, a legal career emerged, she became a wife and very quickly after that, a mother to two boys. Despite the 180α΅ turn her life made, Adrianna's yoga practice has always been there to re-center and ground her. Adrianna completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher training at Flipped Dog Yoga Studio in New Jersey, and very shortly afterward, she completed trainings in both Prenatal Yoga and Yin Yoga. Adrianna's vinyasa flows are powerful and creative--guiding practitioners into linking their breath with dynamic movements designed to challenge both the body and the mind. Her yin sequences are graceful and purposefully designed to target those parts of the body needing the most time to soften. Adrianna's passion truly shines through in her prenatal classes which safely guide expecting mothers through postures designed to maximize the joint and muscle fluidity of those areas most dramatically impacted by pregnancy. Adrianna's prenatal classes provide a welcoming and community driven environment where expecting mothers can come together to bond with each other as well as the life they are carrying. In taking any of Adrianna's classes, you will experience her palpable passion for guiding practitioners through a thoughtfully crafted series of asanas. Adrianna strives to achieve a balance between physically demanding and meditative asanas while always maintaining levity, practicing always with a sense of humor and kind ambition.
