Milton Hill Sport and Spa is a Health CLub equipped with the most innovative exercise equipment there is in the market, courteous staff, Elite Personal Trainers, Professional Fitness Consultants, Aestheticians and Massage Therapists in a state of the art facility. Our facility features an impressive cardio room where very single cardio unit comes with its own personal LCD screen TV with cable connection. In the Spinning room we have Keiser bikes with a personal computer on each bike to track the progress. We offer over 20 Group Fitness Classes per week, which are included in the membership: Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Boot Camp, X- Training , and Step Aerobics to mention some. The strength training room features the newest weight and resistance equipment, neoprene dumbbells and barbells; and built with a special rubber flooring that keeps the facility clean and sanitized. In our "Apio Bar" You will find Certified Organic cold pressed Juices and smoothies, as well as a wide variety of protein drinks and pre and post workout beverages. In the Spa area we have the latest in tanning technology and skin rejuvenation. We partnered with Yonka-Paris (Couture French Line of Skin care) to bring to you World class services at affordable prices.
