Yesterday, Santa Rosa Medical Center was honored to host a flag raising ceremony for Donate Life Florida to recognize the impact of organ, eye, and tissue donation. 💙💚

We were deeply moved to hear from special guest speaker Sarah, a Milton local and the mother of Hannah, a tissue donor. She shared her daughter’s powerful story - a reminder of how one life can leave a lasting legacy of hope.

Following the ceremony, we held an ice cream social for our employees, creating an opportunity to learn more about donation and reflect on the incredible difference it makes.

In 2025 alone, our hospital’s 6 tissue donors helped impact nearly 900 lives - a testament to the generosity that continues to ripple through our community.

📣 SRMG Avalon Urgent Care will be will be closed today, April 10th. If you need urgent care services, please visit our Five Points Urgent Care location at 5595 Woodbine Rd. Our Emergency departments in Pace and Milton are also available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Primary Care services are still available at Avalon today, and normal operating hours for Urgent Care will resume tomorrow at 7:30AM.

Back or neck pain doesn’t always follow the same path—and neither should treatment. Spine care is often approached in stages, with options that may be considered based on each patient’s condition, symptoms, and goals:

Often an early step to improve strength, mobility, and function.

Targeted injections may help reduce inflammation and provide relief for certain conditions.

Today is National Peanut Butter & Jelly Day, and we’re feeling incredibly grateful! 🥜🍇This morning, we loaded over 5,500 jars of peanut butter onto the van for FoodRaising Friends, Inc. These jars will go directly into food bags that will support families throughout the coming year.

And that’s not all — more than 6,000 additional jars were donated to Feeding the Gulf Coast to help fight hunger in our community.

Our final total for the Jars of Love Peanut Butter Drive: 11,896 jars! 🎉

A huge thank you to our incredible Santa Rosa Medical staff and our generous community partners for helping make this impact possible!
