Moving forward, all Imaging Studies and associated reports from Ocean Medical Imaging of Delaware have been transferred to Morgan Records Company, our designated records custodian, and will be available after 4/17/26. These records will be safely maintained in compliance with Delaware’s required retention periods and privacy standards under state and federal law, including HIPAA. Please note that in accordance with applicable laws, there may be a reasonable fee for copying and transmitting records.
Accessing Your Records:
Patients may request copies of their imaging reports and records by contacting:

• All finalized imaging reports have been provided to your referring physician and are part of your permanent medical record at their office.
