Fran Karoff Yoga Fran Karoff Yoga Do you feel that with a few adjustments, your life could be completely different? Your transformation starts with our first conversation.

Have you ever received advice from a doctor that sounded good in your appointment but turned into a hassle when you got home? Have you read a magazine article that offered great nutrition advice that you don’t know how to maintain on your schedule or with your resources? Or maybe you’re just like most Americans who have trouble keeping up with what foods are “good” or “bad?”

Do you want something

out of your life that you haven’t yet been able to reach on your own? Health coaches are trained to help you reach your wellness goals. A good coach can help you transform your body, mind and spirit into the you that is waiting to be properly fed, moved, and supported. Coaches make it easy to try new foods, healthy eating behaviors, exercise options, and stress management techniques. Can you imagine what you would look and feel like if you had the support you deserve to reach your goals?

Are you looking to try my classes, but our scheduling stars don't align? For a limited time my "Just Enough" video series is available on YouTube.

The “Just Enough” classes are all geared to open, soothe, comfort and restore. I nicknamed these classes “Just Enough” because I offer centering and a good overall practice in 30 minutes with an optional ten minute svasana. Each class is a unique gentle, and mostly floor-based flow.

So roll out your mat and take a class or two. Please considering subscribing to my channel to be in the know for future offerings. I have added a link to the unique Spotify playlist created for each class in the comment section for you to enjoy as well.

Here are the free classes!

Our Story

Yoga gives you so much in return for a regular practice: better balance, breathing, strength, concentration, and the ability to better manage stress. By tuning into your breath and marrying your breath and movement, the mental chatter ceases, and you are truly in the moment. Not dwelling in the past or worrying about the future. An asana practice (the physical practice of yoga) literally allows an escape of sorts. Leveraging what we learn from our practice and taking it off the mat is what it is all about.

It’s true that yoga will build strength and flexibility and many people are initially drawn to yoga for the physical benefits. Certainly the benefits extend way beyond the physical but you will leave feeling you’ve had a workout!
