🤩 We’ve got ANOTHER 1000 class member and this time it’s Jeanene!! We like to tease Jeanene that OF COURSE she has 1000 classes because she lives across the street 😂 But honestly she has that many classes because she is rock steady in her fitness and health path. We love having her most mornings at 5:30 AM and watching her crush it!! Way to go lady! You are a rockstar! 🤩💪

🎉 BIG CONGRATS to “Doc” Sachin! He has achieved his 1000th class!! Doc has been a steady member with us for years and we are so proud of him! He always comes in with a good attitude and quietly crushes his workouts! Way to go! 🤩

💜 MAC Family, please join us this Saturday at 9 am to honor our dear friend and member, Denise Baird. Denise went to be with the Lord on August 28, 2025. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She loved God and walked the path of her Christian faith steadfastly. 💜

We loved having Denise be a part of the MAC family. Every day she showed us what is possible through her faith, her strength, her strong will, and her grit. And she carried all of that with beautiful grace. We cherish the time we had with her and the legacy and lessons she left for us.

💪 Saturday we will honor her with a workout full of the movements that she liked alongside her many friends and family. 🥰

May we all remember to “love God and love people.”

🤩 We had a flippin’ sweet baby shower for Bret and Jackie and we all got to spend a little time with Pedro! He is certainly the star of the show! We’re so thrilled for the new parents. 🥰
