…take action from the heart 💛

hello friends,

The cards hold a very powerful message this week.

There’s a lot of emotional energy in our world right now.

The message I kept hearing was “compassion is the key”.

With the queen of cups arriving first — this indicates an energy of deep compassion for yourself.

We are all going through an intense period of shedding what does not belong (8 of cups + the hanged man).

You might be feeling old emotions, bubbling up from the past, even from childhood.

We are part of a collective “release” of energy right now. A purging of what hasn’t served so that we are able to step into a higher level of awareness, a higher level of consciousness, and ultimately greater evolution for humanity.

As we step into this greater awareness, it allows us to choose differently. It allows us to have compassion for ourselves, but also for others.

This is the energy that moves us into action of service. (8 of wands).

We are compelled to help other people.

This week, my friends — remember your power to help. ⚡️

That could be as simple as donating your time, sending a supportive text message, checking in on a friend or a loved one, attending a community event or even posting a message of support.

You are BEYOND powerful.

Your heart contains so much love.

“Every action of love has a compounded effect of creating more love - like ripples in a pond. No action is too small.” — is what I’m hearing from my guides.

This week — connect to the powerful energy of love that lives within you and take action from your heart. This is the energy that uplifts and brings hope to our world.

…come away with me. Let me transport you to Hawaii for a moment. 🌴

Lush palm trees.

Sun warmed sand.

The rush of the ocean waves.

There is something so peaceful and wild and communal and sacred about it, whenever I come back I feel deeply at peace.

This prayer comes from the beautiful, rugged, sacred land of Hawaii - and is one of my favorites.

Why? Two reasons.

It is super simple to remember.
It instantly provides peace.

In this time of great uncertainty, on a week that has felt charged and heavy, I invite you all to take a moment for you. 💛

To call in peace and love for yourself.
For your community.
For the world.

BIG, explosive energy this week - flexibility is key!💥

Hello friends,

When I saw Death AND Rebirth/Judgement fly out together I literally said, “whoa!” (to no one! 😂).

Tuesday is bringing a transit that many of us have been feeling the lead-up to for weeks. In our world climate, tension is at a boiling point, and it’s asking for transformation in a big way.

Saturn (planet of rules) and Uranus (planet of rebellion) are coming together — this is sudden inexplicable change to what was once solid.

But it’s not just Uranus, Mars is also exact in the mix as well. So…think BIG change, with explosive energy and gasoline poured on it. 🔥

This energy is asking for us to move with presence, with flexibility, and honor the change that’s happening within us, too.

You, my friend, are not who you once were.

Nope. You are BECOMING the version of yourself that holds the vision you want to bring into the world…planting the new seeds — this becomes the place where the biggest growth happens.

The revolution begins within.

We are changing, and the world is changing too.

This week: honor the intuitive nudges to do something that wells up inside of you — without logic.

The Divine sends the signs, you get to take action (Prince of Wands) even if it feels foreign (5 of swords).

Listen deeply, then move.

If your mind is spinning in circles, seek quiet.

The small, still part of you is ready to receive next steps, and the Divine ready to help you shape your belief in yourself.

Say yes to experiences that arise naturally (that may be testing you a bit!) to allow yourself to show up for YOU.

You are the hero of your own story.

….this week - choose to take action from love. 💛

Hello friends,

With the prince of swords leading this week, this saying that there is a lot of mental energy in our collective.

It could feel like there is a pervasive feeling of overthinking, thoughts swirling and a feeling of overwhelm as our world often presents lots of conflicting energies.

When in doubt - choose the thought that aligns with your highest self.

Choose the action that aligns with your highest self.

We are not powerless, my friends, far from it.

You are an infinite soul.

This is saying, we first have to create change from within before we see change reflected in our external world.

And when it all feels a little overwhelming, this is asking us to put our hand on our heart and say -

I am safe. I am whole. I am worthy. I am love.

This is the TRUTH.

When we choose to think from love for ourselves, and we choose to act from love for ourselves and for the world, we are the change that the world needs right now.

You are so powerful my friend - never forget this.

We always have the option to choose to act from love.

…this week, choose the new path (thought/action) for you! ✨

hello friends,

As we step into a new year, we are being asked to build new structures that support us.

These are perhaps new foundations that are still feeling a bit fragile, and a bit fresh.

This could feel like wanting to make New Year’s resolutions and intentions, but not feeling the energy or momentum to really enact change quite yet.

This is because we are still in a period of deep rest. We don’t start the lunar new year until February 17, and so we are still in the year of the snake.

The energy of shedding, while trying to build something more stable for ourselves.

This can feel like a complicated energy, my friends. Building something new takes time — takes commitment, it takes dedication. This is Capricorn energy, and it’s craving structure.

However.

This week may feel as though old patterns, the comfortable ones that we’ve relied on for safety - are rising up to confront the new growth that we are trying to create in our lives.

The key is to keep choosing the path of self authority, of self trust.

Of building a NEW foundation within with a positive inner voice.

Not a critical one. You deserve to be treated WELL. By you. 💛

You are doing it, my friends.

Keep going. Step-by-step. Day by day.

Choose the new thought, the new action, the new boundary, that honors you and who you are at your core.

You got this. 💛

…out with the old (energy) in with the new (energy) ✨

Hello friends,

This week we have lots of major arcana cards signifying a big life shift. ⚡️

We’re about to step into a new calendar year and these cards are hinting towards a powerful new beginning that starts… this week!

An energy of leading with love, with self- authority, with new structures that we’re creating for ourselves is greeting us.

This is saying — your hard work is paying off!

The better boundaries you’ve created.

The better balance you’ve cultivated.

The actions you’ve taken that honor YOU.

It’s all coming together.

The full moon in Cancer on 2nd/3rd is allowing a completion of structure around home — what keeps us grounded (or…rooted) is coming up for review — to be released for good, if necessary.

Old patterns of over-thinking. Of over-giving. Of feeling unworthy…or feeling guilt/shame/blame etc.

We’re sweeping these out with 2025.

So we can, in our Capricorn season of building — build a new, better world for ourselves.

It starts with the tiny micro habits.

The words we say to ourselves.

The choices that serve the highest aspect of who we are.

The strength we see in ourselves, and give to others. 💛

….this week, take action for your 💛

hello friends,

This week we have some big holidays in the United States.

And with these cards…they could be bringing up a lot of deep, emotional energy. Gathering with families tends to do this. Go slowly. Deep breaths. Stay in your lane (and in your power).

The key is here, my friends to honor yourself and to honor your heart.

You are allowed to go at your own pace, you are allowed to speak your truth, and you are allowed to take time for yourself.

This week, give yourself permission to take care of you. You matter.

In a time when we are often asked to do so much the most radical thing that we can do is actually to take time to rest and reflect.

You are so worthy, you are so loved, you are so deserving.

If you feel a bit triggered this week, take some time to yourself to come back to you.

Any action that rewards you taking care of you, be that meditation, yoga, a walk in nature — it’s going to ground you and pay off in a big way.

…we have a few important astrological events happening, my friends! It’s time to celebrate! 💛

Today offers a new moon in Sagittarius — this is a time to set intentions toward what we wish to bring in for the new year.

We also have the Winter Solstice on Sunday, a powerful time of remembering the return of light.

Of hope.

Of remembrance of the light within us, always.

A lovely, easy way to set intentions at this time is with a Yule Bowl!

A Yule Bowl is simply a bowl with two main ingredients — salt, and a candle, where you can call in particular energy to support you.

- 🍊Dried Orange slices to call in the power of the sun and abundance

…in many sessions lately, I’ve been hearing a common theme…

“I sense something new is coming, I just don’t know what that IS yet.”

There is a general feeling of walking blindfolded into the future.

Like the Fool card in Tarot, happily taking a leap off the edge of a cliff.

And I get it, this energy can be uncomfortable!

The old fears crop up, the old worries.

But. It’s also deeply…. liberating.

I’ve seen people shifting energy — limiting beliefs, old jobs, relationships, clearing clutter — making space for the NEW, bright, fresh energy that’s coming in. ✨

Even if you can’t see it yet.

All this is asking for… is trust.

Trust yourself.

Trust in the Divine.

My mentor, the incredible - mentioned in a weekly update this week, that the most spiritual energy is to trust the journey when you don’t know what’s coming.

Trust that you will be provided for.

Trust that the universe did not bring you this far to drop you on your face. (Another quote from my other fantastic mentor, the late Clare Bredell).
