My friend Kirsti Pope created a beautiful magazine called Along the Way: Return to the Heart, and I’m honored to be featured in this issue.

In my contribution, I share the heart behind my work — how healing isn’t just about chasing symptoms, but about supporting the whole person: body, breath, nervous system, emotions, energy, and spirit.
