During our Halloween-themed therapy group, they worked hard toward their goals while enjoying spooky games, creative challenges, and plenty of laughter. Our liaisons, Todd and Tyler from Bradley Estates, along with Michael from Samaritan Nursing & Rehab, came together to host a Lunch and Learn with the dedicated case management team at Froedtert Menomonee Falls.

It was a wonderful opportunity to exchange insights, strengthen relationships, and continue our shared mission of providing seamless, compassionate care. We’re so grateful for the Froedtert team’s collaboration and ongoing commitment to the patients we all serve.
