GUESS WHAT... We're Back!!🍂

We have news to share! We've made a decision which we know will be in the best interest and longevity of the MKE Yoga Social community as a whole.

We are excited to announce that we are moving our studio classes to our original studio space inside Bikram Yoga Heights. Being in BYH will also allow us to add a few new HOT classes!!

➡️IMPORTANT: Classes will continue at our Bay View studio location through Thursday, October 23 and begin at Yoga Heights as of Monday, October 27.

We have started putting together our new schedule but it is not finished yet! Please continue to check the MKE Yoga Social app as we continue to add new classes and opportunities to practice.

We ask for your patience as we navigate this shift... but PLEASE feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns in the meantime. Thank you for your continued support!

Note, studio memberships will automatically transfer to the new location. An email with full details (including a special offer) was sent to all MYS members🙏🏽

HOT TIPS for the Best Hot Yoga Experience!! 🔥🔥🔥

The better prepared you are, the more comfortable you will be in your hot yoga class. We've put together our TOP 5 HOT TIPS for Hot Yoga!! ... and included a BONUS!! :)

HOT TIPS:
1. HYDRATE 24-48 hours before class
2. ARRIVE EARLY (at least 10 minute before class)
3. Bring a MAT + TOWEL for on top of your mat
4. DON'T EAT at least an hour prior to class
5. Give yourself GRACE. Trying new things can be hard! You've made the decision to try something new and that's the true challenge! Give yourself credit for being courageous.

*BONUS: HAVE FUN!! Remember, it's just yoga! 😜

🔥 MKE HOT YOGA COLLECTIVE offers a variety of hot yoga classes in the Washington Heights neighborhood. (5326 W. Vliet Street)

⚡MKE YOGA + WELLNESS offers yoga and other various wellness modalities. Yoga offerings at MY+W range from restorative stretching to candlelit slow flows in the area (735 N. Water Street, Suite 728).

Studio class passes can be used at either location. Earlybird five class packs available until our MY+W Grand Opening on September 10th!

HAPPY 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY, 🎉 🥳

Baobi started with us in the very beginning , greeting, admin and checking people in while she was going through her yoga training and certification.

You might know her from her many versatile training styles and Bare as You Dare Yoga, as well as hot yoga with ! She has 500 hours of training and is experienced in G***a yoga, trauma-informed yoga, chair yoga and more.

She is an important part of our community and we're so very grateful for everything she does 🧡
