Happy Spring! 🌺

Reflecting on the organic growth of MAdre this past year brings to mind the paradox of self-sustenance which is that to give to others, one must also pour into oneself.

As we prepare for Summer, I am shifting from “build mode” into a season of nourishment. As a result, I have decided to close my books for 1:1 sessions in June, July and August. This time will be dedicated to family, pursuing learning opportunities, fostering connections and INSPIRATION.

This work can feel lonely and isolating at times. Then you cross paths with someone, have an inspired conversation that sparks you and suddenly you remember the importance of community and connection. More of that please!

In that spirit, please accept my invitation for you and I to connect differently this Summer. As friends who meet up to chat over coffee, a walk outside or maybe a lovely picnic. I want to learn about your path, what inspires you, what you feel called to create and how we can support one another on this beautiful, messy journey.

From Base to Heart - Grounding Our Light

Please join Mariyam & Maricella on Friday December 1st from 5:30-7:00 pm at Healium Restore for From Base to Heart: Grounding Our Light.

This workshop will guide participants through an exploration of our Base and Sacral energy centers through a series of hip opening and grounding exercises. Our base is associated with our sense of security and stability, while our sacral aligns with our creative and sexuality energy forces. When we work to clear these energy centers, we find ourselves willing to release outdated beliefs so that we can bring in what is aligned for us now.

In sacred space, you will be led through a yin yoga sequence that will focus on opening up these energy centers which will include gentle touch through assisted stretches and supportive massage. Our practice will be sealed with a nourishing sound bath and intentional energy healing which will leave you feeling aligned, grounded and with the clarity needed to move into our next cycle.

All levels are welcome.

Excited to bring this offering to life!

On Nov 3rd and I will guide you on an exploration of the physical and energetic layers that encompass our Base up to our Heart through a gentle yin yoga sequence.

To support your physical practice, participants will receive optional supportive stretching, light massage and intuitive touch. We will also experience the healing benefits of sound alongside intentional energy healing to deepen our work.
