Sage and Sunshine wants to help you design, learn, and create the garden you've always wanted but never thought you could have. Emily is a nature lover who has created a life that revolves around being outdoors. When she's not working as a Community Programs Educator at a local environmental community center, she enjoys time kayaking, hiking, and most of all, gardening. With a degree in Conservation and Environmental Science from UWM, Emily uses her knowledge of the earth and how to treat it as she created edible gardens for her clients to enjoy and nurture. Inspired by the birth of her best friend's daughter, Emily gifted her a garden box as a place for her best friend to spend time with her child, relieve stress, and enjoy nature while teaching her daughter nutrition and science as she grows up. This is how her business Sage and Sunshine was born.

Big news! This season and going forward I will be growing all my starts from seed in my own home using organic materials to provide high-quality plants for your gardens! If you are interested in purchasing plants from me come April/May please consider contacting me about a deposit that guarantees you plants from me as well as helping me purchase materials, such as a the little seeds that will become your plants! All deposits will go towards the purchase of plants. I will soon have a list of plants that I will be growing from seed but will purchase others depending on deposits! Happy planning everyone

Welcome back from the cold season gardeners! Well it still is the cold season here in the Midwest that doesn't mean I'm not planning for the warmth and sun of this coming growing season. my newest ANNOUNCEMENT: is that I will be organically growing all my own starts from seed this year! Whether you are coming to me for a garden design or have an existing garden these starts will be available for purchase in the coming months!!

Sorry that it’s been so long!! I’ve been so busy getting gardens in and set up for all of my awesome clients! So much work and the set up process for the season is complete. Don’t think I’m done yet, check out my fall crop rotation service.
