Thank you to the .1 for hosting such a unique and inspiring evening, and to for sharing such a grounding and heartfelt performance.

There was something powerful about gathering in a space where sound moved through sculpture and paintings, where music, art, and community could exist together in the same experience. We’re grateful to everyone who came out to practice, listen, sing, and connect with us.

Looking forward to more moments like this.

Final Send-off: May 18th

How to Join:

Today’s circle is an invitation to remember the weaver within

Ixchel reminds us that creation isn’t linear—it’s cyclical, intuitive, and alive. Together, we gather not just to reflect, but to co-create… weaving our stories, our healing, and our becoming into something shared.

We are not victims of our experience—we are the masters, the weavers, the ones choosing the threads.

Every word, every breath, every presence becomes part of the tapestry.

What are you weaving into your life right now?

The beauty of the Yamas teaches us about Aparigraha—the practice of non-attachment and making space for what is next.

I’m reaching out to share a transition in my schedule for the coming months. I’ve decided to prioritize a long-held writing project exploring the intersection of Kundalini Yoga and the Yamas. To give the manuscript the focus it requires, I’ll be taking a sabbatical from our weekly live classes starting May 18th.

There are only 4 opportunities left to join a live class before the break! If you’ve been meaning to come through, now is the time.

I’ll be spending the summer writing, traveling to Japan, and revamping the Integration Healing experience for a return this October.

How to stay connected:
Our Final Live Class: Join me on Monday, May 18th for a final pre-trip session!

The Digital Library ($20): I want to keep our momentum going while I’m in the “creative cave.” My entire Vimeo archive is now available for unlimited streaming for just $20/month. This is a great way to maintain your rhythm at your own pace. (Link in bio for access!)
Members: Check your inbox for a personal note regarding your specific membership and archive access.

Thank you for supporting this dedicated writing phase. I’m heading to the desk (and the road) to find the words, and I can’t wait to share the new experience with you this Fall. 🇯🇵🌲✍️

We created something beautiful together. 🌸

Over the past 3 weeks, this mural came to life one line, one color, one moment at a time. What started as individual pieces slowly became a shared expression of growth, emotion, and connection.

Each flower holds a story. Each color reflects a feeling. And together, it all came into something none of us could have made alone.

This is the magic of creating in community—showing up as you are, allowing yourself to be seen, and trusting the process. 🌿

Grateful for every person who was part of this.

Our Goddess Circles have been blooming since January, and the energy is only getting stronger.

We’ve spent the last few months honoring the archetypal energies within:

• Hekate – For the wisdom of the threshold.
• Lakshmi – For the flow of abundance.
• Isis – For the power of rebirth.

Building these altars together has reminded us that spirituality is a creative practice. Each altar is a living piece of art that holds our space and our growth.

Next up: We dive into the Mayan wisdom of Ixchel, the goddess of the moon and the loom. Who’s ready to weave some magic?

Blossoming Together: Week 2 🌸

There is a quiet, powerful magic in watching a community create. We’ve stepped into our second week of collaborative art-making, using the simple beauty of flowers, the focus of tracing, and the nostalgic movement of crayons to build something bigger than ourselves.

Art isn’t just about the final piece; it’s a vital tool for mental health. When we sit together and create, we aren’t just layering colors—we’re layering support. Tracing the delicate veins of a petal becomes a grounding exercise, and sharing a table becomes an act of collective healing.

Why we’re doing this:

• Healing Together: Using art to process, breathe, and find stillness.
• Community Connection: Breaking isolation through shared creativity.
• Nature’s Rhythm: Finding inspiration in the organic shapes of our environment.

In a world that moves so fast, we’re choosing to slow down and grow together. Thank you to everyone who has added their touch to this evolving masterpiece.

Join us for an evening of sound, devotion, and deep connection with Anahata Kirtan—a live devotional music experience featuring Patti, Dan, Dave, and Willow.
Hosted by .1 the Catacombs of Neto Art Museum in collaboration with Integration Healing Yoga.

Kirtan is a heart-opening, call-and-response practice where mantra and sacred poetry are sung together in repetition. It becomes a moving meditation—softening the mind, awakening the heart, and guiding awareness inward through sound.

With harmonium, guitar, rhythm, and layered vocals, Anahata Kirtan creates a powerful field of resonance rooted in Kundalini, Sikh, and broader yogic traditions.
Come as you are—whether you feel called to sing, listen, or simply be held in the vibration. No experience needed. All are welcome.

Investment:

Pre-register: $10 (minimum donation)
At the door: $20 (minimum donation)

A glimpse into our recent Goddess Circle ✨

Inspired by the archetype of Isis, we explored the journey of transforming fragmentation into integration. In myth, Isis gathers the scattered pieces and restores them with care—and through creative practice, we stepped into that process in our own ways.

Some participants expressed this through collage—layering images into something whole, textured, and alive. Others wrote, reflected, or simply stayed present with what arose. However each person responded to the meditation was welcome and enough.

A reminder that nothing essential is ever truly lost—only waiting to be gathered, re-membered, and brought back into wholeness.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with compassion, authenticity, and presence. 🌙

Setting the space for today’s Goddess Circle ✨

An afternoon of slowing down, softening, and reconnecting—
exploring the archetype of Isis and the gentle practice of re-membering.

Ready to gather, restore, and come home to ourselves in community.

Still smiling thinking about yesterday’s Paint with Neto experience 🎨✨

There’s something so special about creating alongside families—watching kids and parents light up, get a little messy, and fully express themselves without overthinking. The joy, the laughter, the freedom… it filled my cup in the best way.

Moments like these really took me back and made me miss my days as an art teacher at . There’s nothing quite like holding space for creativity and witnessing people discover their own unique voice through art.

Grateful for experiences that reconnect me to that part of myself 💛
