Hello! I have made the decision to take De’s massage off of Facebook as it does not align with my values! My website and instagram will still be active but I am limiting the amount that I use my instagram as well. If you need to get a hold of me call/text or email! Happy cat month!! I’m so happy these beautiful babies (Felix and Sky) were introduced into our family ❤️ Sky is our 14 year old baby and Felix is 6.5 years old. Both were very unexpected but very much loved ❤️

Happy national self-improvement month!! Self-improvement can be done in a number of ways! Any good habits to bring in, like: trying to drink a little bit more water, adding in a short walk into your day, or of course getting a massage to help calm the mind and bring back range of motion into your step! It doesn’t have to be major changes, it’s okay to start slow! 💕
