Lola's New Beginnings PNCC & CCC Provider Our services assist pregnant women & women with newborns.

Prenatal Care Coordination (PNCC) is a Medicaid and BadgerCare Plus benefit that helps pregnant women get the support and services they need to

have a healthy baby. This program provides access to medical, social, educational, and other services to pregnant women who are considered high risk for adverse pregnancy outcomes. The components of this benefit are outreach, assessment, care plan development, ongoing care coordination and monitoring, and health education and nutrition counseling. La coordinación de cuidados prenatales (PNCC, por sus siglas en inglés) es una prestación de Medicaid y BadgerCare Plus que ayuda a las mujeres embarazadas a conseguir el apoyo y los servicios que necesitan para tener un bebé saludable. El programa brinda acceso a servicios médicos, sociales, educativos, y otros a las mujeres embarazadas quienes se consideran de alto riesgo para resultados adversos del embarazo. Los componentes de esta prestación son alcance, evaluación, desarrollo del plan de cuidados, cuidado vigilancia continuas de los cuidados, educación sobre la salud y orientación sobre la nutrición.

We're hosting an appointment-only Berrada Application Event on Friday, July 18 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Community Advocates, 728 N. James Lovell St., Milwaukee.

**This program is part of the Wisconsin Department of Justice's (DOJ) settlement with Berrada Properties and will be monitored by both the DOJ and the Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection. Community Advocates has been selected to administer this program as part of the settlement for tenants seeking income-based housing in Milwaukee.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Not a current Berrada tenant
- No current, open eviction
- Not a full-time student
- No conviction of felony or misdemeanors related to a violent offense; other convictions to be decided on a case-by-case basis

Required Documents to Bring to Apply:
- Valid ID
- Proof of income: 6 weeks of pay stubs if paid weekly, 3 pay stubs if paid bi-weekly, and if receiving SSI/SSDI, a current award letter.

Wherever you are on your path to healing, our Voices of Empowerment group provides a safe space to process trauma and explore inner growth. Led by a trained facilitator, you will learn tools and skills to give yourself compassion and grace while healing.

Who Can Attend? Any and all survivors of sexual trauma 18+ years old.
