Name & Job Title: Behavioral Technician ~Cori

I chose to work at MKE Behavioral Due to my desire to work with a diverse group of children, also the flexibility of my schedule.

What I love about MKE Behavioral is how helpful and understanding the staff and supervisors are. The supervisors are really good at giving props when due and willing to step in often when things may feel overwhelming.

Hobbies/Interests: Things i love to do outside of work is paint, draw portraits and make music.

Fun fact I can play just about any music instrument by ear. ❤️

At MKE Behavioral, our DTT (Discrete Trial Training) sessions are more than just structured learning, they're grounded in our approach to compassionate ABA :) —Each moment built on trust and mutual respect. How we teach is just as important as what we teach.

▪️ Functional Communication Support – We teach communication in ways that are meaningful to the child.
