This 6-week movement series is designed to help you reconnect with your glutes, core, and pelvic floor so you can move with strength, stability, and confidence.
These classes are for everyone including pregnant women, postpartum bodies, those rebuilding after injury, or anyone wanting to feel more supported and balanced in their body. Movements are adaptable and taught with awareness.
