31 🤍
Sharing a few poems/art that have stuck with me lately.
Turning 31 feels like holding both beauty and depth at once. Strength and tenderness. Movement and stillness.
There’s a lot happening in the world right now, and it feels heavy and unsettling. In moments like this, it’s important to understand why care matters. Why community matters. Why showing up for one another is everything.
We don’t get to look away from suffering just because it’s uncomfortable.
Care is not passive. Choosing to show up for one another — especially when systems fail people — is an act of responsibility.
Staying connected is how we move through hard seasons.
Grateful for the opportunity for another year around the sun, and getting to hold space for others along the way.
Here’s to 31: listening deeply and caring for each other — loudly and on purpose. ✨
