Sunday May 10, 2026 I will be hosting an in-person breathwork event, in an office near Pfizer Forum. What a beautiful coincidence this falls on Mother’s Day.
On this day we will explore gentle conscious connected breathwork (a circular breath, inhaling and exhaling without pause) using the Sacred Breath Method. This will be a slower paced breath which allows participants the opportunity to explore breathwork at a pace that feels safe and connects the breath, body, and mind.
Additionally this is a gentle modified version of conscious connected breath for people on certain medications or with certain health conditions.

Lastly, I will be offering two breathwork sessions in May and two in June. Each month, one will be in-person and the other will be offered virtually if you live far or prefer to experience this in your own space. Attached is a list of dates and sessions to plan for.
