📝 Blog- The Power of an Intentional Nursing Career
💻Blog is posted on The Supported Nurse website www.thesupportednurse.com
👉🏻Nursefully is listed on The Supported Nurse Mental Health page
➡️Nursefully was founded by oncology nurses Kim Chow, DNP, MBA, RN, and Stephanie Chu, MPA, RN, to address a gap they experienced firsthand: nurses are asked to carry extraordinary emotional and ethical demands without support designed specifically for them.
Their mission is to care for nurses the way nurses care for others and to apply the principles of palliative care to the nursing workforce by acknowledging and addressing the physical, psychological, spiritual, and social complexities of the profession.
They provide therapist-guided support groups, meditation sessions, workshops, and insurance-covered psychotherapy exclusively for nursing professionals. Their services address burnout, moral distress, compassion fatigue, cumulative grief, leadership strain, and career transitions, and are facilitated by nurses and licensed mental health clinicians
