Most of us are thriving off our sympathetic nervous system for years, and then eventually find it a struggle to relax, sleep, cook dinner, or find a routine. This is due to weak parasympathetic tone. To get out of sympathetic dominance, we must work consistently to tonify our parasympathetic nervous system.

Happy 2024!

It is almost all the way through our 1st month of the year! My goal this year is to be more consistent with my self care. For me that means- getting to bed before 11pm, doing an early morning workout, eating lunch, and drinking more tea (less coffee). It is so easy for me to get out of routine and become unmotivated in this midwest weather… But I am feeling more and more motivated every day when I do, what I told myself I would do! Through routine I am rebuilding my own self trust and feeling inspired again!

How about you? What has been motivating you this year so far?
