Happy October!!!
This month marks my 25-year anniversary as an aesthetician!
No gatekeeping — this is 25 years of consistent skin health and aesthetic treatments ✨

I’ll be honest — genetics play a role.
I have fair, pigment-prone skin, which means I couldn’t get away with neglect. I had to be intentional early on.
But genetics are just a blueprint — your habits do the building.
I didn’t rely on one magic thing. I evolved my routine decade by decade as science advanced.
• 20s: chemical peels, tox, antioxidants… and yes, daily SPF every single morning for 25 years (and staying out of direct sun)
• 30s: more injectables, more barrier support… and discovered HALO, which changed the game
• 40s: added plated exosomes and biostimulators to rebuild from within
My non-negotiables now:
• Daily SPF (still — always — no exceptions)
• Quarterly tox
• Medical-grade skincare — antioxidants (face & eye), Triple Lipid, Plated exosomes
• HALO twice a year
• Peels + microneedling when my skin needs a reset
• Sculptra — a welcomed new addition for long-term collagen support
I’ve never wanted to change my face — I’ve just consistently supported it.
