THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to guide you if you came to any of my yoga offerings this year. It is with great pleasure that I hold space for every human that walks through the doors. It was my busiest year yet and I'm so grateful for your support. I'm looking forward to continuing to expand my offerings and and to work through my 300 hour advanced yoga training and 32 hour foundational training with Prison Yoga Project. The October schedule is filled with some goodies! Pre/Postnatal Yoga is back at a new location! Excited for more one offs as well! This includes Baby Yoga at the JCC Friday 10/10 at 9:30am! 🧘‍♀️👩‍🍼 I hope to see you in your chair or on your mat soon! 🙏
