Saturday June 21 | 10AM - Noon

Join Eileen + Emily for Summer SOULstice: Flow & Grow—a heart-centered celebration of the longest, brightest day of the year. Rooted in ritual and community, this gathering invites you to align with the rhythm of the sun and the wisdom of the earth.

✨We’ll begin with intention-setting through guided journaling, then move into a nourishing yoga flow and solar meditation to connect body, breath, and light.

🌱 To complete the circle, we’ll honor the solstice with a mindful planting ritual—sowing seeds in recycled wine bottles as living symbols of your growth and intentions. You’ll take home your very own plant, a beautiful reminder of everything you’re cultivating this season.

Please bring: a yoga mat, water bottle, journal & pen, and an open heart ❤
