As we near the end of 2025, WGO reflects on highlights from the past year.

In early 2025 we held the first of three Train the Trainers courses. Hosted in Manila in partnership with the Philippine Society of Gastroenterology, the three-day course was a remarkable success, with 53 participants and 9 faculty members!

Today, past and present WGO leaders participated in a joint session with the Société Marocaine des Maladies de l'Appareil Digestif at the 49th Congrès National de la SMMAD in Taghazout, Morocco. We are honored to have been invited to collaborate and take part.
