Our business baby is TWO. 🥹🎉

We’ve stayed up late and gotten up early. So early.
We’ve worried, planned and prioritized.
We’ve poured money in.
We’ve celebrated firsts.
We’ve done heaps of laundry.
We’ve cared for the broken parts.
We’ve watched it get stronger every single month.

And we’re growing, protecting, improving and celebrating every step of the way.

We’re so proud of this real, meaningful, full-bodied contribution to the world where we:
✅Help hundreds of people feel stronger
✅Create jobs
✅Build communities
✅Give people a safe, clean place to train
✅Learn something new every dang day

And just like any two-year-old…this is only the beginning.

👋🏽 Let’s get reacquainted, shall we? I’m Katie, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, .mke co-owner, and someone who genuinely loves thinking about how to help you build a strong, capable body that’ll support a full, active and adventurous life.

This year I’m leaning into CREATING—
Using and improving my brain to design training that helps you hike farther, travel better, recover faster, dart after the kiddos or pets, and feel confident saying YES to anything and everything you want to do.

I believe consistency beats intensity, recovery is a vital part of the plan, the right dose & exercises are key and your body isn’t something to fix—it’s something to learn to trust, listen to and care for.

I also think burpees are a s**t exercise for what it’s worth. 😬

If you’re into building a big life that includes movement, curiosity, high functioning muscles, empowering yourself and others, and a little grit (with a whole lot of care❤️ and laughs)…you’re in the right place.
