I am an artist, photographer, lover of yoga and food. This business is built out of the love for yoga and all that it stands for as well as my drive to help motivate people to live a healthier lifestyle. My mission is to help busy moms achieve joy and confidence in their lives and bodies. Using a blend of mindset coaching and simple nutrition strategies, I empower them to lose weight sustainably while creating balance and happiness in their daily routines.
