I am an artist, photographer, lover of yoga and food. This business is built out of the love for yoga and all that it stands for as well as my drive to help motivate people to live a healthier lifestyle. My mission is to help busy moms achieve joy and confidence in their lives and bodies. Using a blend of mindset coaching and simple nutrition strategies, I empower them to lose weight sustainably while creating balance and happiness in their daily routines. I’ve decided to stretch myself in a big way:

I’m taking on a $10k in 10 days challenge.

But here’s the truth—this isn’t just about the number.

It’s about my mission.

I’m on a journey to help 1 million women embrace self-love and reclaim their power by nourishing their minds and bodies.
I believe in leading by example. I can’t ask my clients to step outside their comfort zone if I’m not willing to do the same.

Last year, I tried this challenge after reading We Should All Be Millionaires by Rachel Rodgers. I quit after two days. I didn’t believe in myself, I didn’t have a strategy, and I didn’t have accountability.

But this year is different. Why? Because I’m fueled by purpose. I love what I do, and I love watching women take back their power, love themselves, and transform their lives. That’s why I’m all in this time.
