People are stronger than they imagine. Getting into hot, getting into cold, standing in snow or all things, everyone's able to do. And we can teach you how to do this yourself to help unlock your inner power things along the lines of being able to control your metabolism better being able to improve your circulation, improve health, improve inflammation levels in the body, like it's scientifically proven that these levels calm down, when you do these sorts of things. Which is lovely in a controlled, mindful manner.

Yin Yoga, a great way to release tension from the body and get it more flowing

Breathe slowly through your nose throughout. Feel the areas of your body where you want to work, and actively ask tbose areas to relax on your exhales

We do a lot of manual therapy at breathe live thrive, and this video shows you some basic techniques to use active relaxation to help relax the muscles of your neck. To help get rid of that organ of the desk, driving on a car doing so with your neck not stretching enough. That's a great way to help you. Rest and recover from these things, especially in this like very sensitive area, where you'll probably have to take your time to get into it. But this is a little taste of what'll be in the masterclass poster. The end april, designed, to help you learn how to help yourself a little bit more.

We do a lot to help people understand how to better ground and relax and reduce the stress of the day with meditation and meditation is simply taking some time.Doing something with intention to help yourself.There's a lot of different things that can be done.Water is one of my favorite tools.Being in water is a really lovely tool too, though beyond near water can help us a lot too.We're working on publishing a meditation masterclass.In the next two months, we have a pre purchase for the sovereign coherence class available at our website at the link tree link within the bio.Come check it out.

The couch stretch is an amazing simple way to open up the front of the hips.If you've done any long term sitting or flying on a plane riding a bike, this is a great way to help just open this area up.So you can release that tension in your hips and feel a little bit better.

A great way to loosen up the neck and shoulders is using a jump stretch band or a belt, maybe even a weight in the hand if you get a little bit crazy, which is fun, check out the video for more information.
