Bicycles or Criss Cross are excellent exercises! : 💪

This posture mimics the shape of a tortoise by bending forward and arms out in front, which resembles a tortoise extending its head and limbs from its shell. This pose is designed to calm the mind, improve flexibility, and stretch the spine.
You don’t need a whole class first to practice Ardha Kurmasana. If you’re feeling stressed, you can sit down on the floor right now and do this posture for a minute or two to calm you. 😌
