July is Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, also known as . This year, we’ve designed a brand new BIPOC Mental Health Month toolkit to help communities of color turn mental health awareness into action. Whether you’re looking for ways to feel better or do better, you’ll find resources that support action for your mental health in three key areas: taking care of yourself, taking care of your community, and advocating for change.
Download the free toolkit and explore more BIPOC mental health resources at mhanational.org/july. 🧡
