One of the biggest mistakes people make in healing and life?

They expect themselves to function the same way all day long.

Your nervous system doesn’t work like that.
Your brain doesn’t either.

So I created what I call “Stations of Success.”

What I need to stay regulated, supported and consistent at different parts of the day.

Here’s what that mine looks like for example👇

🌅 Morning Station – Safety + Activation
• Gentle movement (not punishment workouts)
• Light exposure / red light therapy • Nervous system check-in
• One grounding ritual before touching my phone
• Reminding my body: “We are safe today.”

☀️ Mid-Day Station – Sustain + Support
• Protein + hydration (blood sugar = mood + brain)
• A pause to regulate before pushing
• Ear seeds, breathwork, or tapping
• Working with my energy, not against it

🌙 Evening Station – Downshift + Integrate
• Low stimulation
• Gratitude or completion check
• Body-based calming (Reiki, breath, heat, sound)
• Telling my nervous system: “You did enough.”

Healing stuck for years until I stopped asking myself to be superhuman… and started supporting my biology.

This is how recovery becomes sustainable.
This is how identity changes.
This is how you stop burning out while trying to heal.

I didn’t always heal by doing more.

I healed by doing smaller things - consistently - when my nervous system said yes.

Here are a few micro habits that changed everything - but my favorite are in the video!

✨ Regulating my nervous system before trying to fix symptoms
✨ Choosing safety over urgency
✨ One supportive habit per day (not 20)
✨ Stopping the self-talk that kept my body in survival
✨ Celebrating tiny wins like they were milestones
✨ Letting rest be productive
✨ Repeating what worked instead of chasing the next “answer”

Recovery didn’t happen overnight.

But these micro shifts rewired my brain, rebuilt trust with my body, and helped me turn pain into purpose.

Pause for a moment.
Feel the wind in this video.

Tonight, on the eve of the Winter Solstice, we stand at a powerful threshold:
🌑 the darkest night
🌑 a New Moon
🌑 the closing of a year of completion
🌑 the clearing before new beginnings

This is the night to let go.

Let the wind carry away:
• doubt
• judgment
• shame
• resentment
• fear
• grief
• anger
• exhaustion
• the stories that no longer fit who you’re becoming

Here’s something most people don’t realize 👇
✨ Emotions move on a spectrum.

Nothing is “bad” - it’s just energy asking to be witnessed and released.

When you allow the lower frequencies to move through instead of trapping them inside, they alchemize.

The same waves that once felt heavy…
become the current that carries in your blessings.

• clarity
• peace
• health
• purpose
• joy
• abundance

This is how we complete cycles - not by forcing positivity, but by honoring truth.

Today’s New Moon is your invitation to begin again.

New Moons aren’t about pushing or proving. They’re about planting quiet, intentional seeds - especially in places where you’ve outgrown old stories, old identities and old survival patterns.

If you’ve been feeling tired, emotional, foggy or deeply reflective lately… that’s not weakness. That’s release. People having been telling me all week that they are agitated and feel like they are in a pressure cooker. That is theirs to sort out. DON’T TAKE THINGS PERSONALLY!
