We spend so much of life protecting ourselves, performing, achieving, hustling...
forgetting that underneath all of that…
our true self has been waiting patiently.

Then a soul arrives—
a person, a pet, sometimes even a stranger—
and without saying a word…
our nervous system exhales.

Those are the ones who remind us who we are beneath the armor.
The ones who bring us home to ourselves.

Spend time with those souls.
Pause long enough to feel them.
Because in their presence, we don’t become someone new—
we remember who we’ve been all along.

30 minutes of movement.
